Background and Experience:
Frank
is a resourceful and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who helps adults, children and teens to develop
coping skills and changes in thinking for dealing with issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Stress, Codependency and other challenges that affect us
from day to day. Individual
Counseling enables a person to move toward emotional wellness and live a happier more satisfying life. He also offers Relationship and Marriage Counseling for couples who are thinking of divorce or couples
that are struggling with life adjustments such as having a baby, job relocation or retirement.
He is among New York State OASAS certified providers which form
the nation’s largest and most diverse addiction treatment system. Frank believes that recovery from addiction goes
beyond treatment and abstinence, but is lifelong process of improving health and wellness, increasing quality of life and
striving for reintegration with family and community. He is qualified and is approved by OASAS to do DWI assessments.
Frank also has expertise in vocational counseling and assessment, job
placement, and preventing or healing occupational stress. Frank has specific expertise in job search for individuals
with disabilities and is qualified to make accommodation recommendations. He can help people updating their resume,
sharpen interview skills and find appropriate resources as they seek employment or transition though a career change.
